Sessions in Gateshead

We are thrilled to announce that True Colours Theatre sessions are coming to Gateshead!

We had a lovely meeting today with Janet at The Winlaton Centre and will be starting our sessions here when the schools return in March! ( fingers crossed 🤞)

We will be providing our amazing sensory performance class alongside our inclusive performance class on Sunday mornings 🥰

The sensory class consists of lots of visual aids, props to aid the enjoyment of dance, drama and singing and sensory crafts with a lovely quiet area too!. We will also enjoy learning songs with Makaton signing 🙂, Performance class consists of building confidence in a warm, caring and inclusive environment, where our members grow without any stigma or difference.

We pride ourselves on building self belief and friendships. The members will learn the skills of drama, dance and singing and all aspects of performance, they will also enjoy projects with prop making, music production and film over their time with us 🙂

We hope to meet you all soon and bring the magic of True Colours Theatre into a brand new area!
